How we handle your data

Email address
If you enter it, we send the detailed result and tips by email, once. If you leave it empty, the page shows only a summary of the result.
We use the address only to send you this result, for no other purpose, and we do not share it. We delete it as soon as the mail is sent (and within 7 days at the latest if it cannot be sent). Mail is sent through the mail relay of Google Workspace.
The address is processed in Vietnam (HBLAB’s server) and on Google’s infrastructure. Cloudflare’s database (D1) holds it only while it waits to be sent.
Some copies we cannot delete ourselves may remain:
- the restore backups of Cloudflare D1 (up to 30 days)
- the sending records of Google Workspace (kept for the period Google sets)
The 4-week watch (optional)
Only if you tick “For 4 weeks, re-scan this site automatically once a week (up to 3 times)…”, and as an exception to “delete it right after sending” in the email field, we keep your email address and the domain name.
- Nothing starts, no re-scan and no mail, until you confirm with the link in the first result mail. If you do not confirm, your address and the domain name are deleted within 7 days (no consent record is made).
- From the day you confirm, for 4 weeks, we re-scan once a week (up to 3 times; a busy day can move one) and email you only when a check result changes. Nothing is extended automatically; it ends after 4 weeks.
- The re-scan results are kept for 7 days only, like any scan.
- Every mail has a link that stops it with one click, no login. Stopping ends the re-scans and the mails at once and deletes the domain name. If you had confirmed, the address stays only as the record of your consent, for about one month after the last mail, then it is deleted. If you do not stop, the domain name is deleted automatically after 4 weeks.
- The record of your consent (address, time of consent, version of the consent text) is kept for about one month after the last mail, as the Act on Specified Electronic Mail requires, then deleted.
- The only purpose is this notice. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it. The mails may carry a link to contact us, but we never send sales messages to this address.
What we do not store
We do not store your IP address, cookies or browser information (this is about what we store ourselves; other pages of the site use Google Analytics, see “Analytics” below). The email address is handled as described above. The summary of the result can be seen only by people who know the URL of the result page shown after the scan. If you share the URL, they can see it too.
The domain name and the result
The domain name you enter and the scan result are kept for 7 days from the scan, then deleted. If the same domain is entered again within 7 days, that scan result is reused, but nobody else’s result page or input is shown.
Your choice under “Whose site?” is used to understand how the scan is used. Like the scan record, it is kept for 7 days at most; after that only a per-day count remains, with no domain name attached.
Your optional answer to “What are you hoping to learn from this scan?” on the waiting page is used to understand how the scan is used. Like the scan record, it is kept with this scan result for 7 days at most and deleted with it; after that only a per-day count remains, with no domain name attached.
Analytics (Google Analytics)
Some pages of this site (pw.migurei.ai) use Google Analytics 4 of Google LLC for analytics. For this, a cookie such as _ga is stored in your browser and Google receives the access information, including your IP address and browser information. We have turned Google signals and ads personalization off and set no user ID.
Of the page address, Google gets only the path and the utm_ and src parameters, no other parameters. It is not used on the free-scan pages (form, result and watch pages) or on the AI bot access check page.
To switch it off, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
About the scan
The scan is read-only: it never submits a form or logs in. If your robots.txt does not allow migurei-ParallelWeb (the name of our scanner), we stop without checking anything. See the scanner page for details.
